ऐसे विशेषण जो वस्तु के रंग-रूप, आकर-प्रकार, गुण-दोष, स्थिति आदि का बोध करता है उसे गुणवाचक विशेषण कहते है.

1. Mohan is a tall man.
   मोहन एक लंबा आदमी है.
2. He is a foolish student.
   वह एक मुर्ख विद्यार्थी है.
3. She is a beautiful girl.
   वह एक सुंदर लड़की है.
