A Full Stop or Period is the punctuation mark placed to indicate the end of sentences.
In generally it's called dot(.).
A Full Stop is used after some abbreviations.
If the abbreviation ends a declaratory sentence there is no additional period
immediately following the full stop that ends the abbreviation.

Rule 3.Sometimes a single word can form the sentence.
In this case you place a fullstop after the word as you would in any other sentence.
