Structure: Subject + has/have + Third form of verb + object

Rule 1: Present Perfect Tense are used for an actions finishing at the instant time.
पूर्ण वर्तमान काल का प्रयोग ऐसे कार्यो के लिए होता है, जो तुरंत समाप्त हुआ है.

1. She has written a letter.
2. I have just bought a pen.
3. He has gone to kolkata market.

Rule 2: Present Perfect Tense are used for those past actions that affect Present Time.
पूर्ण वर्तमान काल का प्रयोग ऐसे भुत कार्यो के लिए किया जाता है जिसका प्रभाव वर्तमान समय पर होता है.

1. He has cut his finger.
   उसने अपने ऊँगली काट ली है.
2. She has finished her work.
   वह अपने कार्य समाप्त कर ली है.

Rule 3: इस काल का प्रयोग ऐसे भुत कार्यो के लिए होता है, जो भुत में शुरू हुआ और अब भी जारी है. ऐसे कार्यो के साथ for/since का प्रयोग जरुरत के मुताबित होता है.

1. I have lived in this house since 1999.
   मैं 1999 ई. से इस घर में रह रहा है.
2. She has been ill since Friday.
   वह शुक्रवार से बीमार है.

Rule 4: इस काल का प्रयोग ऐसे भुत कार्य के लिए होता है जो भुत में समाप्त हुआ है, लेकिन उसका समय निश्चित रूप से अज्ञात है.

1. She has gone to America.
2. Have you read "The Arabian Night" ?

Rule 5: Present Perfect Tense के साथ past time expressing words - last year, last week, last month, yesterday, the other day, ago etc. का प्रयोग नहीं होता है.

1. I have seen him last year.
2. He has arrived last week.
3. She has come the other day.
4. She came the other day.

Rule 6: Present Perfect Tense are used Adverb
पूर्ण वर्तमान काल के साथ Adverb. का प्रयोग होता है.
